About Dr. James Lewis:

Dr. Lewis was born and raised in Philadelphia. He attended Princeton University as an undergraduate. He studied medicine at the Thomas Jefferson Medical College and completed his ophthalmology residency at Duke University in North Carolina. His corneal fellowship training occurred in Adelaide, Australia. Dr. Lewis rejoined TEI’s professional staff in 2003 where he provides cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery consultative services to patients at The Eye Institute.
