About Dr. Swiatocha:

Dr. Janet Swiatocha attended Villanova University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She attended the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry for her Doctor of Optometry degree. Following her optometric education at SUNY she completed a pediatric residency program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.

After completing her residency in Alabama, Dr. Swiatocha worked in private practice in Georgia, Washington and New Jersey. She currently shares a private practice with her husband, Dr. Michael Delatte, in New Jersey.

Dr. Swiatocha has been a professional staff member at The Eye Institute since 2001. Her interests include vision therapy and eye related learning issues. Dr. Swiatocha is also the senior staff member in The Eye Institute’s Special Population Service, where comprehensive vision and ocular examinations are provided to mentally and physically challenged adults.
